Now

The Now page shows you everything you can work on now, sorted by priority.

The Now page updates in realtime, so if a coworker finishes a task that was blocking you, your Now list will update to show you the next task you can do.

Snoozed

The Snoozed page shows you tasks you’ve pushed into the future, sorted by when they will come back. You can snooze a task if it’s not relevant right now, and you want it to reappear later.

All

The All page shows you everything, with the tasks you can do now at the top, and the blocked tasks underneath.

This is a good place to see how big your task list would look if you were using a lame stinky todo list app instead of Tapestry :)

Archived

If a task goes stale or you don’t want to do it anymore, you can archive it. The Archived page shows you all the tasks you’ve archived.

Collaboration

Assigned to Me

The Assigned to Me page shows you all the tasks that are assigned to you, doable-now and blocked, and sorted by priority.

This page is particularly helpful when working with a team.

Assigned to Delegates

Delegates are bot accounts that can access your Tapestry account and do things on your behalf. The Assigned to Delegates page shows you all the tasks that are assigned to your delegates, doable-now and blocked, and sorted by priority.

It is pretty common to assign Delegates some work, and then check in on their progress by looking at this page.

Mentions

The Mentions page shows you all the times you have been mentioned or assigned in tasks, comments, or notes. (You will also get a Notification when you are mentioned or assigned.)

Flow

Crunch

Crunch takes every task with a due date and shows you the whole chain that has to happen first. This is a great way to see if you are at risk of missing a deadline, and to see what you can do to get back on track.

Graph

Sometimes the best way to understand your todo list, or to understand what your team is working on, is to see it as a graph. The Graph page shows you all the tasks in your account, and how they are connected.
